🎟️ How Does the Ballot Work?

Because of high demand from countries like India, China, and Vietnam, Australia introduced a ballot (pre-application lottery) to select who can apply.

  • Registration is open from 24 June 2025 to 15 July 2025
  • 1,000 spots are available
  • Selected applicants will receive an email invitation to apply

Only those selected in the ballot can proceed with the full visa application.
